Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Treatments:
Cosmetic Acupuncture: $180 per session or $1,625 for a full series of 10. Microneedling: $900 for a series of 3 sessions (minimum recommended). Discounted packages available. Insurance Information
I am currently in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield only.
However, not all insurance plans cover acupuncture services, so if cost is a factor for you, please email us a copy of your card along with your full name, date of birth and home address to [email protected] at least 48 hours before your first session so we can verify your coverage. Coverage varies on the number of sessions allowed yearly plan to plan. Out of Network Benefits I can file for Out Of Network Benefits for you if you have Aetna or Cigna AND your plan covers acupuncture (this is a very important "and!!"). You may still owe a balance for Out of Network Benefits. If you have United Health Care benefits, we are happy to provide you with a superbill at the end of your visit that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Just be sure to ask us! Depending on your coverage, they may cover a percentage of the cost, or in full minus your specialist co-pay. You can call your insurance company and ask them what they will reimburse you for out of network acupuncture services. The specific CPT codes you can ask about are: 98710, 98711, 97813, 97814 and 98140. |
