COVID-19 Precautions:

• Masks required in common areas if you have cold, flu or allergy symptoms.
• If you are recovering from a cold or flu, you are welcome in MASKED ONLY 24 hours after you are fever-free.
  
• We sanitize the heck out of surfaces after each patient.
• If you were in close contact with a COVID-19+ individual in the last 5 days, or started exhibiting symptoms within the last 3 days, please email or call to reschedule. There will be no penalty for rescheduling due to COVID-19 related concerns.
• We follow CDC guidelines for the clinic's quarantining policies and provide Paid Time Off to all employees to encourage staying home when we are sick, too.

Mobile Acupuncture: House Calls in Austin

I highly recommend Dr. Koa and Lisa whose businesses both are mobile!

Receive acupuncture, gua sha and herbal consultations from the comfort of your own home! All you need for a house call is a relatively quiet space with enough room for a massage table.
Please note that cupping and infrared heat modalities are only available in clinic.

Virtual herbal consultations are available for patients in the state of Texas. I use the highest quality herbs that arrive right to your doorstep, or you may choose curbside pickup in Austin. Use the booking service below to schedule a virtual consultation through Google Meet.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Life happens! If you find that you need to cancel an appointment, please call or email as soon as you are aware you need to. I reserve the right to charge 75% of our fee if you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. If the appointment is rescheduled for another time that same day and I can accommodate it, the fee is waived. Payment is due at the time of booking. 

In the event of inclement weather or other severe circumstances, I will make every attempt to contact patient.
