Microneedling and Nanoneedling
Microneedling and nanoneedling are some of the fastest natural ways to improve your skin tone and elasticity while incorporating herbal serums into your skincare.
Both micro and nano needling move blood, qi, and interstitial fluid to the area of treatment. Much like acupuncture, this causes the body to send its own resources to repair it. In the face, this repair can be seen almost immediately post-treatment through the brightening of Shen or glow. In Western biomedical terms, the body is beginning its inflammatory response to put down new stem cells, collagen, and elastin through the microchannels we create. The best news? Results last 3-5 years without any maintenance. Microneedling:
Microneedling increases the absorption of the herbal serums that I use by 2,000-3,000%, ensuring that you get the benefit of every last drop. The needles penetrate to the dermis layer, meaning products can reach that level and heal skin at a deeper level. I recommend microneedling for deep wrinkles or tissue damage (like deep acne scars) for this reason. Benefits:

There are ways to age gracefully and with respect to all the hard work our bodies have put in towards survival and thriving. The way I treat skincare mirrors that. I try to stay away from the common concepts that society has regarding aging and wrinkles. We often think of wrinkles and other signs of aging as negative. But just think! Imagine all the emotions that cause wrinkle lines: worry, anger, frustration, grief and let's not forget laughter and joy! Your body worked hard on those. Wrinkles like scars and other marks on our bodies can show our lived experiences. They hold so many emotions, and clients often experience a somatic release when they thought they were just coming in for "vanity."

- a chance of some redness or peeing for 1-2 weeks after treatment. Plan accordingly if you are planning to do this for a special event!
- no downtime with nanoneedling or cosmetic acupuncture (which may be done in between microneedling safely) to speed up results.
Nanoneedling:
Slightly less invasive than microneedling, nanoneedling reach the first layer of skin (epidermis). It is best if you are worried about fine lines and wrinkles, swelling or sagging.
These microscopic hairlike cones oscillate just like the microneedle to separate the cells of the skin to drive in the topical product and allow up to 97% product absorption. This allows for the stimulation of collagen production to help with fine lines and wrinkles, a less invasive treatment for acne hyperpigmentation and an overall smoothness and plumping of your skin.
